I don’t really care that it’s zero degrees right now (seriously), sometimes I want my hot cocoa COLD. Here’s one of my favorite recipes for frozen hot chocolate. Top off with whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate shavings, and/or chocolate syrup. The sky’s the limit!
1 1/2 cups of almond milk (or whatever milk of your choosing)
1 packet of hot chocolate mix
1 frozen banana, sliced prior to freezing (consider it your ice cubes)
1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
HOW TO MAKE
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and BLEND! … until it’s smooth and creamy
2. Choose your topping
4. Easy, huh?
